Metatrader247.com Policies
Renewal Policy - For your convenience, your monthly VPS hosting will renew automatically every 1 month from today's date. If you wish to cancel the services please do so before the renewal date or there will be no reversal of charges.
Satisfaction Guarantee - While we do guarantee your satisfaction with the VPS services, we cannot provide refunds based on dissatisfaction with third-party products or services that you use on the VPS.
VPS Maintenance - We understand the nature of Forex trading and how vital it is to keep the platform running at all times during trading hours. We make absolutely every effort to only perform VPS maintenance that will require downtime on weekends. The requirement for maintenance is rare and the inability to do it on weekends is even more rare, but in extreme circumstances we may have to interrupt service in cases of emergencies. We will notify you via email as soon as we know when the downtime will take place, and will email again when the VPS is back online.
Responsibilities - Though we do our absolute best to provide 100% uptime for the VPS service, we cannot be held financially responsible for any trading losses that occur on your VPS - either during VPS uptime, or downtime. Please try to ensure your trades have proper stop losses or risk management in place.
Trading is risky. It involves substantial risks of loss and is not appropriate for everyone. Therefore, ONLY RISK CAPITAL SHOULD BE USED FOR TRADING. Risk capital is defined as: money that a person can afford to lose.
Any use of the information contained in Metatrader247.com's website, or any use of any and all information that a client receives in any of the trainings, email alerts, videos, client does so at their own risk and will hold harmless all owners of Metatrader247.com of any losses suffered by the use of this information. Metatrader247.com and its owners, never, under any circumstances, encourage any client to buy or sell any particular financial positions. Members do so at their own discretion.
Affiliate Program Policies - Payout method: We prefer to pay commissions by PayPal. Only very rare exceptions are made. W-9 Requirement: Any clients based in the USA must send us a W-9 form for tax reporting purposes. Instructions and a link to the W-9 are in the members area. SPAM Policy: Absolutely no sending of SPAM or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be allowed. All advertising and methods must be completely ethical and approved by Metatrader247.com. Waiting period: Commissions are paid out upon request, after the 1st of each month. There is a 30-day waiting period for commissions to become eligible for payout. (example: March 1st, we can pay for January sales. April 1st, we can pay for February sales. There is always a one-month gap). This grace period exists so we can compensate for events such as fraudulent signups, stolen credit cards, etc.
Active Membership Required: In order to be eligible to receive commissions, your own membership account must be active. If you cancel your membership, all commissions will be lost.
VPS Account Policies
1. PURPOSE OF THE VPS
The primary purpose of this VPS is to provide you with a stable and secure platform from which to run the MetaTrader 4 software. This VPS is designed to be connected to the Internet 24/7 and always running to provide the maximum uptime and quality of service.
2. POSSIBLE DOWNTIME
While Metatrader247.com will work its hardest to ensure 100% uptime, technical issues can and will arise from time to time. Please understand that events can still arise that may cause downtime and could result in missed trades.
3. NUMBER OF ACCOUNTS
Your VPS account should be able to run 1-4 copies of MetaTrader 4 without any problems. We cannot guarantee speed or the quality of service when you run more than 4 copies of MetaTrader. Please note that some Expert Advisors are poorly written and may affect performance if they contain memory leaks or inefficient code.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES
While the VPS and AutoSignals software are the strict responsibility of the customer, Metatrader247.com will be available for any needed technical support. We will have login access to your VPS so we can personally fix any issues you are having in a reasonable amount of time.
Metatrader 247.com will not be responsible if your VPS or AutoSignals software fails to process trades or signals, but we will gladly help you fix the issue.
5. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND APPLICABLE LAWS
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the VPS. You may not use the VPS to perform any illegal activity including activity that will cause harm to the VPS hosting servers or Metatrader247.com website or servers.
Metatrader247.com prohibits the following content on the VPS:
- Copyrighted media, without authority to distribute or display(warez)
- Unlicensed applications, Cracking programs or key generators
- Child pornography or kidnapping material
- Adult (nudity, pornography) material
- Fraudulent activity, phishing or impersonation
- Terrorist propaganda, racist material, or bomb/weapon instructions
- Virus/Virii, Spyware, Malware, or other infectious material
- Material protected by trade secret or other statute
- Scripts commonly used for abuse, attacks, or flooding
- Threatening, harassing, or obscene content
Metatrader247.com also prohibits the following activities on the VPS:
- Denial of Service Attacks (DOS/DDOS)
- Unnecessary Port Scans
- Hacking, cracking, use of warez tools or Mail Bombing
- Unsolicited Advertising via IM, Forums, Newsgroups, Email, etc..
6. TERMINATION
Metatrader247.com reserves the right to terminate the VPS if we find the customer in violation of any terms of this agreement. There will be no refunds for service terminated due to violation of the agreement.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Metatrader247.com be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, equity, savings, revenue, or margin, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of Customer's use of or inability to use the VPS, even if Metatrader247.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Metatrader247.com be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit, equity, savings, revenue, or margin), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. Metatrader247.com shall have no liability with respect to the content of the VPS or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALL:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, referred to as "Customer") and Automatic4x, LLC for the software product(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("AutoSignals" or "the SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between Customer and Automatic4x, LLC, (referred to as "Licenser"), and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as follows:
(a) Installation and Use.
Licenser grants Customer the right only to install and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a Metatrader247.com VPS account.
(b) Backup Copies.
Customer may also make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.
Customer must not remove or alter any copyright or patent notices on any and all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(b) Distribution.
Customer may not distribute registered copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties. Evaluation versions, if available for download from Licenser's websites, may be freely distributed.
(c) Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
Customer may not cause or permit reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
(d) Rental.
Customer may not rent, lease, sub-lease, or lend the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
(e) Support Services.
Licenser may provide Customer with support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Support Services"). Any supplemental software code provided to Customer as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.
(f) Compliance with Applicable Laws.
Customer must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
3. TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, Licenser may terminate this EULA if Customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, Customer must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in Customer's possession.
4. COPYRIGHT
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by Licenser or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants Customer no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licenser.
5. NO WARRANTIES
Licenser expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "As Is" without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. Licenser does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. Licenser makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. Licenser further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Automatic4x, LLC ("Licenser") be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, equity, savings, revenue, or margin, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of Customer's use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if Licenser has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Licenser be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit, equity, savings, revenue, or margin), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. Licenser shall have no liability with respect to the content of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
Cancelation of your AutoSignals service does not automatically disable it. AutoSignals must be disabled if you want it to stop executing trades. Removal of AutoSignals after cancelation and expiration of the service is done manually by MT247 and may not be processed immediately.
NON-CIRCUMVENTION, NON-DISCLOSURE AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
The Signatories with this agree to respect the integrity and tangible value of this agreement between them and Metatrader247.com. Hereinafter, called "The Parties."
THIS AGREEMENT is a perpetuating guarantee from the date of execution and is to be applied to any and all transactions present and future, of the introducing party, including subsequent follow-up, repeat, extended, renegotiated, and new transactions regardless of the success of the project.
The Parties agree not to disclose, information which is proprietary in nature, intrinsically valuable, or potentially harmful to the business or reveal or make use of any information during discussion or observation regarding methods, concepts, ideas, product/services, or proposed new products or services, without the written consent of the introducing party or parties.
In the event that any part or parts of this Agreement are found to be void, or held to be invalid, then such portion of the Agreement shall be severed and excised from the remainder hereof and, so far as is reasonable and possible, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall nevertheless be considered valid, operative, and binding with the same effect as though the void parts were deleted. Furthermore, effect shall be given to the intent manifested in the portion of this Agreement held invalid or voided.
Upon execution of THIS AGREEMENT the Parties agree that any individual, firm company, associates, corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, divisions, subsidiaries, employees, agents, heirs, assigns, designees or consultants of which the signee is an agent, officer, heir, successor, assign or designee is bound by the terms of THIS AGREEMENT.
By executing this Agreement, The Signatories acknowledge and represent that they have read and understand the terms contained herein and agree to be bound by them.
