Description:
About the Strategy:
FX Boss focuses on trading the GBP/JPY and GBP/USD. Their method is based on placing orders close to where liquidity providers (banks) place the stops for their large clients. FX Boss tries to piggyback on these moves caused by the stops being filled (keeping in mind these orders can be as big as billions sometimes). As those stops are hit, they can cause a rush in price action movement, which is what determines trends. FX Boss trades an average of 1-4 signals per day for each pair.
About the Risk Settings:
Fixed Lots: Compatible. Signal Provider trades approximately 1 mini lot per $10,000 account balance.
Risk Per Pip: Compatible. Signal Provider uses approximately .01% Risk Per Pip (conservative), and our demo account below uses .02% Risk Per Pip (more aggressive).
Risk Per Trade: Not Compatible. The original signals don't contain stop losses. Stops are placed shortly after the original entry.
Follow Provider: Not Compatible. Provider does not change lot size for every set of trades, so as their account balance goes up, your account would start to trade fewer and fewer lots.
Price: Special rate for MT247 subscribers: €165.00 euros per month, or €355.00 per quarter

Account Updates and Memos
May 25th, 2010 - New Demo Created: The FXDD demo account expired, so we created a new one. The old statement can still be viewed (below).
January 4th, 2010 - New Demo Created: Old Demo account expired. Account ended nicely. Traded from 9/23 to 12/21 and made 43% net profit. Total pips made: 1,451. 86 winning trades, 38 losing trades.
December 14th, 2009 - Lowered Risk Level:
While .03% Risk Per Pip was fun to watch, and the results were good, it was a little on the aggressive side, being 3x more than FX Boss uses in their own accounts at a conservative level. Therefore, at their suggestion we lowered the risk level to .02% Risk Per Pip which is close to double what they use and would be considered an aggressive level.
